Prelius Vermentino 2008
This Tuscan white is made from a grape originating in Spain which is said to do best in warm climates, which Tuscany does not always provide. Apart from the fact that it's touted as being the first wine organically grown in Italy there's nothing particularly remarkable about it: very little nose, apple and pineapple flavors with a finish that slides off into the sweet. $9.99.
