Vega Murillo Tinta de Toro 2008
This Spanish red, a blend of four different grapes, comes from Toro in the region of Zamora, the town that boasts twenty three Romanesque churches. It's not a subtle wine, but rather hearty and straightforward, with elements of cherry, red berry, and a caramel finish. Very favorably priced at $7.99, by all means get it.
